Clark Legacy Center is owned and operated by David and Julie Clark. With four generations of funeral directors in the family, the Clarks have been serving central Kentucky families with superior services for more than half a century.
The Clarks' first location was established in 1915 by David Clark's grandfather, D.R. Duell. David's father, Dorsey Clark joined the Versailles location in 1946, and David started working at the funeral home in 1973.
In 2001, David and Julie purchased the former Sunset Funeral Home in Frankfort, Kentucky, and changed the name to Clark Funeral Home. In 2007, David's son Guy and daughter Linzi became licensed funeral directors and joined the Clark Funeral Homes staff.
In addition to their locations in Versailles and Frankfort, David and his family are proud to offer the new Clark Legacy Center to families in Fayette, Jessamine and surrounding counties.
