Obituary

M. Tim Browning, 49, of Lexington, husband of Sarah Drane Browning, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in Pittsburg, PA. He was born October 15, 1960 in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, the son of John Robert and Janice Manning Browning.

Tim worked as the librarian for the Pittsburg Theological Seminary, was a member of Twin Pines Christian Church and a graduate of Atlantic Christian College, Wilson, NC, Lexington Theological Seminary and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his daughter, Rachel Virginia Browning, Lexington; his son, Nathan Timothy Browning, Pittsburg; sister, Beth (Marshall) Coates, Rocky Mount, NC; two cousins, Steven (Patti) Windisch, Asheville, NC, and Teri (Olin) Hale, Alexandria, VA; his niece, Laura Coates and nephew, J.C. Coates, both of Rocky Mount, NC.

Funeral Information

Visitation will be 4-6pm, Sunday, January 31 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing. Funeral service will be 11am, Monday, February 1, conducted by Rev. Bennie Braddick.

On February 13, 2010 there will be a memorial service held for Tim at First Christian Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
