Kenny Horne

January 25, 1945 - February 19, 2010

Kenny Horne, 65, died Friday, February 19, 2010, at his home in Lexington after a short illness. He was born January 25, 1945 in Sydney, Australia, to Valda Joyce Hildebrand and the late Morton Ray Horne. Kenny was a retired employee for the U.S. Postal Service, a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during Vietnam, and a member of the Kentucky Croquet Association.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Kevin M. (Susan) Horne, of Lexington.

Funeral Information

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be 5-6 pm, Monday, February 22, 2010, with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 6:00 pm.

In honor of Kkenny's life and legacy, contributions may be made in his name to the John D. Cronin Cancer Center, Cardinal Hill Hospital and/or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
