Obituary

Edward W. Lefferts, 86, widow of Dolores Arleen Seeger Lefferts of Lexington, Kentucky and Morton Grove, Illinois, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, July 20, 2012. He was a wonderful and giving father, grandfather, uncle, husband and friend. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Edward is survived by his two daughters, Christine (Tom) Bayer and Vicki Eizenstat; his two sons, Steve Lefferts and Michael (Michel) Lefferts; grandchildren, Justin (Tara) Eizenstat, Lindsey Eizenstat, Steven Lefferts, Max Lefferts and Molly Lefferts; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Eunice Halkar.

Funeral Information

A Celebration of Edward's Life will be 5-7 pm, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center.
