Barbara Pinkston McGrew

May 23, 1931 - February 21, 2010

Barbara Pinkston McGrew, 78, of Lexington, passed Sunday, February 21, 2010 after a short illness. She was born May 23, 1931, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to the late Donald McIver Pinkston and H.V.Walters Pinkston Stilwell.

Barbara was a former resident of Sayre Christian Village, Baunta Apartments and a member of Gardenside Christian Church. She had also been a bookkeeper for Harrison Brothers Equipment.

She is survived by her three daughters, Suzanne McGrew (Monty) Northcutt, of Lexington, Martha McGrew (Tony) Boulineau, of LaGrange, and Anna McGrew Ciresi, of Louisville, 6 grandchildren, Joshua Mitchell Wood, Shelby Paige Northcutt, Cody McGrew Roberts, Cameron Lane Northcutt, Madison and Drew Boulineau.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Kathryn McCall.

Funeral Information

A Memorial Service will be 3pm, Saturday, February 27th, at Gardenside Christian Church with Rev. Joe Cooper officiating.
