Bobby G. Houchin, 72, of Frankfort, widower of Mary Ellen Peyton Houchin, died Monday, July 16, 2012. He was born on August 4, 1939 in Anderson County to the late Leslie and Adelia Brown Houchin. He was a member of Holly Hill Church of Christ and a retired employee of the Department of Transportation.

Bobby is survived by his daughter, Lisa (David) Hopkins, of Lawrenceburg; two sons, Leslie Lee Houchin and Donnie Houchin, both of Frankfort; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gayle Fraley.

Funeral Information

Funeral service is 12pm Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd., with Donnie Houchin officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers are David Riley, Donnie Houchin, Lee Houchin, Cody Houchin, Tony Houchin, and Johnathon Cox. Visitation is 10am-12pm Thursday at the funeral home.
